Here are the September meeting minutes. The next meeting is Wednesday, October 13, the items in the agenda are circulated ahead of time. Our first PAC meeting for 2021/22 will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, September 15 at 7 pm. Please click here to register in advance for the meeting. We suggest logging in a few minutes early to make sure your audio & video are working, and please remember to mute your microphone when you join.
Here are the documents that will be needed for the meeting: Agenda May meeting minutes for approval Treasurer's report Summary of PAC accounts and gaming grants spent Draft Gaming Report & attachment (to be sent to Gaming Branch) Teacher Request Form (to apply for this year's funding) This meeting will be our AGM and we'll be voting on the executive for the upcoming year. We will have several vacant positions, and need volunteers to put their names forward for the following roles:
The volunteer hour commitment for these roles is not particularly large, but they are all really important. Remember, we need a functioning PAC for Tupper to be eligible for gaming grants each year. That's about $20,000 in funding every year that our students would miss out on without a PAC. Please see this post for a brief description of what these roles entail. Hope to see you on Wednesday!
