The Salvation Army on 12th just east of Main St. got an amazing donation of men's suits, slacks, and shirts from local brand Indochino. http://www.indochino.com/
As of May 13, suits were $30, shirts and slacks $10. All new. There is no sizing on the items as all their pieces are custom made. The Salvation Army has put sizing on their price tags but they're definitely not all accurate. From: Director | Red Cross Student Movement
From 7:00pm to 9:00pm on May 13th, four very accomplished science students (each receiving over $60,000 in scholarships to UBC or SFU) will be speaking at the Scholar Seminar, a university preparation seminar held in support of the Canadian Red Cross. They will each be sharing their experiences and offering advice spanning academics, extra-curriculars, and scholarships, as well as engaging in question and answer sessions afterwards. One of these students is Andy Zeng, the 2017 Gordon Shrum Gold Medal (SFU’s most prestigious undergraduate honour, recognizing one graduating student for excellence in academics and extracurriculars). In addition to being a Finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship, he has recently been offered over $400,000 in awards to attend MD/PhD programs at UBC and the University of Toronto. As this is a one-time event, we want to make sure we can impact as many students and families at your school as possible, and would be grateful if you could share this opportunity with your PAC members and anyone else who may be interested. Detailed information about the event, speakers, and tickets can be found here: https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/scholar-seminar-tickets-34136488155 Original Newsletter here Tupper Appreciation Breakfast

Thanks to everyone involved for the wonderful night of performance at Spring Fusion. Great job students! There is so much hard work and talent highlighted at these events, it's a joy to experience.
In case you missed it, you can find the newsletter here. The highlight of the PAC year is coming up. And we need you to pull it off! Each year, the PAC puts on an appreciation meal to thank the hard-working staff and teachers at Tupper.
This year, it will be a breakfast again, most likely the week of June 5. I don't have the date nailed down but I need to start getting volunteers now and getting a sense of how much help we'll have. There are lots of ways to help, with varying degrees of time investment. Please seriously consider helping in some way. Let's show 'em some love! We need:
Please find the meeting documents for April below as well as minutes for our previous meeting in February
